With over twenty years experience in the service industry including hospitality & hotels, banking , education, and real estate, I understand and value customer service as the most important part of a working relationship in my profession as a Real Estate Consultant.

It is not only my business philosophy, but also a commitment to provide exemplary personalized service beyond my client’s expectations. It is my practice to listen, hear and truly understand the needs of my clients. As part of my personalized service, I offer my clients a complimentary staging consultation in order to present their home to the marketplace in the best possible way.

Because it is my belief that a Realtor-client relationship is built on trust, I pledge to provide sound real estate advice to help my clients understand the wisdom of their real estate decisions. In addition to trust and customer service, education is also very important in my client relationships.

Having earned a BBA in Finance/Accounting from the City University of New York, I take great pride in continuing my education to keep abreast of the ever changing real estate market and to better serve my clients. To accomplish that goal, I have recently earned the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The Graduate Realtor Institute is a national continuing education program offered by the Texas Association of Realtors. The GRI designation is a mark of excellence that represents knowledge and professionalism, both of which are needed to perform successfully in today's complex real estate field.
