Set along the rolling shorelines of the 1,000 + acre White Rock Lake, the Lakewood and East Dallas neighborhoods are a natural draw for the city’s many outdoor enthusiasts. Each year, thousands of people visit the lake to take advantage of nearly 10 miles of paved hike and bike trails, plenty of parks, ball fields, dog parks and bird watching. The lake is also home to Dallas United Crew and Corinthian Sailing Club, as well as the popular Bath House and Cultural Center.
Surrounding the lake are several personality-rich neighborhoods featuring beautifully designed and architecturally diverse homes listed by Allie Beth Allman & Associates. Today, this ideal setting attracts contemporary new construction with open spaces and plenty of windows from which to view the verdant topography.
